Sharing Session Minutes
On November 16th, 2025, Midnite held a Hybrid Sharing Session with the broad topic of Group Unity. The purpose of the Sharing Session was to hear from all who wanted their voice heard about what issues are affecting our Group Unity, whether that be In Person, Virtual, or as an entire group. The session was moderated by “Terry”, an A.A. member outside of the Midnite Group who has time and experience in the program as well as holding service positions below the group level, including moderating Sharing Sessions and Group Inventories. Terry: Thank you for your time and help!
Please remember that this Sharing Session was just a format for a beginning discussion. Any member has the right to bring up motions or further discussions at future Business Meetings. Thank you to all who attended and participated in November’s Sharing Session.

A.A. Group Inventory
Many groups periodically hold a “group inventory meeting” to evaluate how well they are fulfilling their primary purpose: to help alcoholics recover through A.A.’s suggested Twelve Steps of recovery. Some groups take inventory by examining our Twelve Traditions, one at a time, to determine how well they are living up to these principles.
